Absolutely dreadful living in a property managed by this group. Won't even allow you to use the balcony attached to the home you paid for for anything besides lawnchairs. If this group manages a place you are looking at, run far away. That's on top of them charging not one but TWO separate HOA fees and being generally unhelpful

I am filing a complaint on behalf of my parents' and tenants' properties located at Ventana Ontario Community both of which are in the Ventana Ontario community. I am disputing a total charge of $500 from the HOA company, Equity Management & Realty Services. They have issued a letter and a $250 fine for a parking violation on 10/30/23 and a trash can violation on 10/30/23 without providing further evidence or photos. Both my parents and tenants confirm that these violations should not apply to them, as they are unsure of who or why the HOA is charging them. Furthermore, both my tenants and parents have proof that can dispute these charges, including evidence related to the $250 parking violation and $250 trash can violation if needed.
