I would not even give one star if I did not have to. I would never recommend this company! They came around my neighborhood and my husband said yes to a free inspection for ANT control. Not only did they not keep the original appointment but then they tried to reschedule but I never called them back, so they just came whenever they wanted (which was 2 weeks later) when 2 guys from Kilter came, they had no idea that the original appointment was missed and so my husband said to go ahead to do the inspection. BAD CHOICE! I was upstairs when I heard loud pounding, it sounded like someone was breaking through the walls of our house! I yelled to my husband what the heck was going on!? And he said the ant inspection was taking place. We opened the front door as these 2 guys were pounding into our house with a metal pole! When we yelled to them to stop, they said that was how they checked for termites. 1 we did not ask for a termite inspection. 2 They punched holes and Divots into my house.

We were in escrow on a new home and I was concerned with the inspection being done correctly. We have been burned before. I think when it comes to escrow inspections most companies just go through the motions and collect the cash. So we scheduled to be at the home during the inspection. I have sold and bought many homes in the past and this company really went above and beyond. The home was fully checked and I can now feel comfortable moving forward and closing The deal on our new home. Thank you Kilter Nice to know there are still honest companies out there.
