IC Rainbow - Thai Rolled Ice cream

The boba was sub-par, and the workers were definitely not the nicest. The saving grace seems to be the ice cream itself, but you're better off going elsewhere.

My experience with IC Rainbow boba tea and rolled ice cream was amazing 🤩. This ice cream was one of the best I have ever tasted I have not tried the soufflé cakes or the boba but I bet they are good. The employees are very awesome and nice. In all this boba/rolled ice cream establishment is very good and I recommend to you all food/dessert enthusiasts.

Their drinks are really creative and always taste nice. Their bubble waffles, ice cream, and food are also delicious.

Ordered the strawberry latte with boba and the banana Nutella rolled ice cream. Both were very good. The strawberry latte was not overly sweet. I wish it had more strawberry but it was still good. The rolled ice cream was a tad too sweet but very good flavor overall. One of the toppings we chose were the mochi. We didn't ask what flavor they were, so that was a mistake. Honeydew favored mochi in our ice cream didn't go well. :') Another thing, one of the staff told me that they make the taro drink with half powder and half the root. I am ecstatic! To try it. Most other places only use the powder. Service was friendly. Waited a quite bit since there were some other 5 people in front of us. The place itself is decorated okay. Not too flashy and not too bland. It feels calm. Only thing is that some of the tables wabble a bit. I wish they had more space outdoors. Would love to see their theme come out in outdoor decorations. Will probably come back to try the other desserts!
