We had our hot tub serviced this week by Lorenzo. Hands down terrific service! Lorenzo is extremely knowledgeable! He was able to find our issue within 10 minutes, and on top of that, took the time to look over everything else and solve a few of other small issues that would become worse in due time. In additional, he went a step further and fully explained how things works, why and what he was going to to resolve, as well as gave tips and suggestions on long term care and maintenance. I hope his management reads these reviews, because he has something many service folks dont exhibit these days and that, in my opinion, makes his an extremely valuable employee. You guys, if youre thinking about investing in a spa hot tub, go see Kaitlyn at the Temecula location! She and the rest of the team exceeded expectations over and over again during my buying experience. Kaitlyn is incredibly thorough in providing information, yet isnt a pushy sales person whatsoever. She gave us so many options and was wonderful in offering her unbiased feedback while we were deciding which model to go with. We ended up purchasing a floor model because we were anxious to get the hot tub sooner, but we still expected to have to wait at least 4 weeks for delivery. Especially since we made our purchase during the holiday season. Kaitlyn somehow arranged to have our spa delivered and installed before Christmas! She also recommended an electrician who could come and hook it up the same day. I saw that someone mentioned not being told they had to call to set up a separate appointment fora saltwater set up. I call b.s. because Kaitlyn went over every single step of what needed to be done and was in constant contact if we had any questions. I will definitely be going to Kaitlyn for a bbq island outdoor fireplace. Happy new year!

After leaving the shop on the second time, Kaitlyn made it right and provided me with the side burner that we originally agreed on. Overall, I'm a happy camper now that it's resolved.
