HORRIBLE service. The (female) Manager & every employee, ignored us and several other customers at the counter and focused on only the drive thru. Not one employee even took the courtesy to tell us they'd be with us shortly. This is not the first time this sane manager has ignored customers at the front counter. I gave her a second chance, but after approximately a 15 minute wait, we followed the lead of several other customers and walked out. Every time, the manager seemed like customers were a bother to her. We now frequent the El Pollo Loco on Temecula Parkway (aka: 79 South), its definitely worth the drive. It's a Night and Day difference. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCALE.

They fixed my drive through meal that was messed up from the day before. Awesome!
