Negligent business, my father has been denied care due to their poor x-ray technicians. Its almost been a year since we went in so he can get care, and we cannot be seen due to improper x-rays. Weve resorted to another facility due to this locations negligence and malpractice. Look for another location id give them 0 stars if I could.

I scheduled an appointment at this clinic. They took an X-ray of my teeth and noticed that I needed a deep cleaning. When I went to do the cleaning I found out that my insurance covers 80% of the total cost. After it was all done, my insurance didnt cover the deep cleaning and nor did it cover the antibiotics. My copay wouldve been $630 with the antibiotics but I decided not to take any, so in the end it was $330 (for one side only). The total cost of this procedure out of pocket, including the X-ray was $3300. I spent almost the entire day anesthetized (3x anesthesia) and I couldnt feel the left side of my mouth. The next day I felt that a tooth on the left side of my mouth was sharp. Soon I noticed that the filling I had gotten at the dentist the previous year was removed. I wasnt able to come back the next day but when the weekend came by I decided to schedule another appointment. So they took another X-ray and noticed that indeed I no longer had my filling on that tooth. I asked if I would have to pay anything. They said that I had to pay because if the filling had been removed the technician that did the procedure would have made an observation. So I would have to pay for this filling. It was absurd because the prices were high and they did not give me the attention needed. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE.

I have been coming in regularly for the last 4 to 5 years (from about 13 to 18). I find it a bit strange how I was never asked about my wisdom teeth at all, then once they had finally grown in I was told that it was necessary for them to remove it AND there would be complications* because I waited too long. They didnt even run it through my insurance and told me I would need to pay for it all out of pocket..? *They told me I had a nerve going to my lower wisdom tooth and could lose feeling in my face permanently and may need a more skilled doctor for the removal, then just brushed that off with no explanation. what about the nerve going to my teeth? what nerve I went in for a cleaning and the assistant Kayla could not fit the floss between my teeth, instead of saying anything she just gave up. It was horribly awkward. Recently I called to ask about what my appointment coming was for, and was immediately hung up on (Heard the lady put the phone down.. Im not sure how hold works but uhhhh???) Another woman answered looked me up and told me, then hung up instantly. I was told I have early periodontal disease, hygienist measuring in my mouth ONLY measured the inside, somehow getting a TON OF measurements of 5mm. Buddy, unfortunately I went to another hygienist who got mainly 2-3mm and a couple of 4mm. Are you insane? ALSO, introduce yourself before you start going down bro, did you not say your name because youre trying to scam me? I went to another clinique for a cleaning because I signed the stupid paper here without realizing that it would bind me into getting a deep cleaning. Do you guys mind being more transparent? I asked the dentist what I could do better, to clean my teeth, and bro said nothing. I dont blame him, Im sure he was busy, but if you cant answer someones questions then maybe its time they hire another dentist so that they both have enough time to talk to each person. The staff and dentists have mostly been friendly until the pandemic, then all of this started happening. The place is clean, generic, and will get the job done.
