        The gentleman on the phone, if you can call him that, has major attitude and lacks customer service skills. I decided to just go with another flower shop with friendlier customer service and less attitude.

        The Flower Factory has some super cute stuff; the staff members never crowd you; they are quite friendly and pleasant. The prices can be quite high, but so is the quality; I highly recommend this place for flowers, stuffed toys, or cute trinkets.

        Easy 5/5 stars! One of the best.. if not the best flower shop in California. Amazing skills and stunning flower bouquets they can do on the spot. The employees and what seem to be the owner are truly awesome and kind. Highly recommend driving the extra few miles like I do for the service and quality products
