We have booked a cabin a couple of days in advance.
At the last minute they gave as a call saying that there was a double booking and we do not have our cabin available and that there is one cabin available that costs more.
They gave us two options, either we cancel or we pay extra.
The most part here was that the girl that called us was super rude, she made the mistake and didnt take any responsibility.
I travel a lot and know how this works and she doesnt know anything about customer service, or owning up to her own mistakes.
We are all human, and we all make mistakes.
But the way she was talking to us is no way to talk to anyone.
Really not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
