        There are pros and cons. Here’s our take. First off it seems odd they were allowed to build this on Tahoe’s beloved and protected sand dunes. Topic of evening discussions while there. But, progress! The pier is laying on the beach and isn’t usable by boat but that seems to be a common problem on the north shore proper especially after consecutive drought years and once the lake hits its natural rim.They also really, really like the gas leaf blower.
