Have been seen as a walk in several times finally transferred my records and am very impressed with my care. Everyone I have had contact with has made me feel they are empathetic and competent.

This is my primary doctor. The pharmacy faxed my refill over a week ago for my blood pressure medicine and I have called the doctor's office every day to have them fill it. They keep giving me different excuses and telling me they'll have the doctor send it over. I saw the doctor less than 3 months ago and I'm supposed to see them every 6 months for checkups. The people answering the phone keep telling me you have to be seen every 3 months, which hasn't been 3 months, and won't do anything. They just tell you, come in as a walk-in and see someone else for refills. It's a money grabbing business and they don't care about you. I've been off of my blood pressure medicine for over a week and they won't do anything about it.

One star for waiting 1.5hr for a Covid test. They have a drive through but you need an appointment. If you want to be in and out this is not the place at all. I would ask about the wait maybe make an appointment if you have the thought early enough but more than likely go else where. Update: it would seem fair not to share my recent experience. I went in for the stomach Flu and it was a total different experience and has changed my outlook on using this place. I got right in and the Dr was quick to get in and get me diagnosed. Staff was great and Im glad things are different.

The doctor was excellent, professional, and courteous. I was a "walk in" so I had a little wait (to be expected). Took care of my problem immediately.

Literally waited 2 hours for my 1 year old to get seen, definitely a place I wouldnt go back
