Ordered through YouFlowers.com and they used these folks. Flowers arrived late, even though we paid the 'before 9 and 12' extra fee. Small, insignificant arrangement of half dead flowers. Literally, 5 roses and some daisies with some green filler. And that was supposed to be their 'premium' package, at almost $90 out the door. Called to report the experience, and give them a chance to make it right, got a river of excuses and defensiveness. Never again. Even Albertsons flowers are better! Upgraded to three stars since the flowers miraculously recovered and are somewhat still fresh. Maybe I would have had better luck had I ordered directly from them instead of middleman Youflower.

I live in Miami and ordered flowers for my mom who lives in Sylmar. Its hard picking out delivery services when you live so far away and dont really know the quality youll get, but I am so happy with the floral arrangement she received! It was absolutely beautiful, even more gorgeous than the online pictures!!! 100% happy with the delivery and service. She received the flowers at 9 am before leaving to work and it definitely brightened up her day. Thank you!!!

I called from out of state trying to surprise my wife and daughter. Every flower shop I called would not deliver and said theyre closed. I called The Flower Boutique and they went out of their way to go back and get these beautiful flowers delivered in a very fast time. Ive used them multiple times and they never disappoint! My wife and daughter always love their flowers. Thank you! I am very satisfied and grateful. I will continue to do business with them.
