If I could give Precise Iron Doors a NEGATIVE 5 I would! This is absolutely the worst lack of any customer service I have ever encountered!

On 9/26/23 I placed an order for a double door, the frame, hardware, 2 handles, and delivery of the purchased items the week of 10/31/23. I called 10/29/23 and was told by staff it would be two weeks. I called in two weeks and was told two more weeks, I asked to speak with the owner or the manager. I was told they would return my call. As of 3/26/24, I have NEVER received a call from a manager or owner of this company. I called every two weeks and spoke with the highly adept liars that work at Precise. Each time I called to find out where my order was and left a message for ther owner or manager to return my call. Week after week, month after month, no door, handles or phone call. The only thing I have received from Precise is lies and excuses, but NO return call. Finally 3/1/2024, a crate was delivered with my 800 lb doors. I hired a contractor for 3/2/24 to install the doors. When they opened the crate there was NO hardware, and NO handles in the crate. The doors have holes in them for the handles. I cannot use a door with holes in them. I immediately called Precise and despite stating they are open Saturday until 2:00 pm, no one answered, and I left a message that I did not receive my full order. First thing Monday I called and spoke with the lead liar who stated she was sure they were shipped. I asked her to have the manager or owner call me. The next day I called again. the lead liar stated that the missing items were sent yesterday afternoon and I should receive them Wed or Thurs. Friday morning I called to advise I did not receive the missing items and asked to speak with the manager or owner. I called again the next day and the next day and no one ever called me. I filed a dispute with my credit card because I did not receive what I paid for, On Monday I called again, when I asked where my missing items were, I heard in the background they received my cc dispute and she hung up on me. I then filed a complaint with the BBB and the LA County Attorney General and i still have NEVER received a call from this company. The owner, Art Pambuckchyan (in case you need his name) stated in his response to the BBB that he is "Perplexed" why I would file a complaint. he provided the 121 day late transport manifest and proof of delivery of A DOOR, not a door, hardware and handles. I have to wonder what he does not understand that I did not receive everything I paid for! I have called, sent emails, left messages, filed complaints and chargebacks and NOT one time has a manager or the owner returned my call in +150 days. They may record ALL calls, but they do not RETRUN any! It is now 3/26/24 and it has been 25 days with a door sitting in my driveway and not customer service or handles from Precise Iron Doors. Save your sanity and all of the hassles of dealing with this company. Precise Iron Doors SUCK. They are UNRELIABLE liars and that provide no customer service and refuse to deliver what was paid for. If I had read the reviews on this site prior to my purchase I would have NEVER bought anything from them. STILL WAITING ......

SCAM Alert!!! Buyer Beware!

I want to bring to your attention a concerning situation regarding a door purchase made by my 80-year-old mother over a year ago. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, we have not received a satisfactory response in almost two years. In March, I personally accompanied my mother to meet with a gentleman who identified himself as the owner. He even provided us with a handwritten note on her invoice, stating that the door would be delivered within 30 days. However, it has now been five months, and we are still waiting.

Approximately two months ago, my mother received a call informing her that her door had arrived and that she would be contacted to schedule an installation. However, today we were told that it would be another 30 days before the door is ready. At this point, I have requested an email correspondence to establish a paper trail documenting this company's lack of commitment to its clients.

I must emphasize that sometimes the cheapest price does not guarantee quality service, as I have advised my 80-year-old mother. In hindsight, she should have chosen a more expensive option, ensuring timely delivery.

While I am tempted to seek assistance from my contacts in the news industry, I am not inclined to take such action. Instead, I kindly request that you refund my 80-year-old mother's money or provide her with the door she purchased.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

I paid cash for my doors half at the time I placed my order. The rest to be paid at delivery and installation. My order kept being pushed back. Never updating me. I had to be calling e every month to get status. They kept telling me it was at the port. Story short it took 3 months after my scheduled date total 6 month after placing my order. Finally called and said I would be picking up my deposit. Got a call back that same day with a delivery day. It’s here now , the installers did an amazing job. It’s beautiful. It was worth the wait. If they only are more transparent and honest with delivery dates.
