Place an order for will call. When the day came to pick up the order, they gave it to another company. The guy who assisted was helpful and was able to get our order together while our technician waited. The following month we get a statement stating we have a balance. Since I had a paid invoice, I called and spoke to Marcela who was rude. Although the mistake was on their end, she spoke as if we were a bother to her and lacked customer service. Inline is normally friendlier so I was shocked that she gave the attitude she gave me. Brian and Toni on ther hand were very friendly and helpful always! I hope to never have to deal with her again.

I go pick up my orders most of the time and it takes awhile to pack it. even though I give plenty of time to pack the order so it would be ready to go on my arrival. Other than that pretty good warehouse

The woman that calls customers for collection is very rude. She says what she wants and then hangs up. They ran our credit after calling us about trying out some tools. We haven’t even been home to open the box let alone send them back. We drive over the road and are never home. We told her we haven’t had the time to send them back yet and she cut us off saying “ WELL YOU NEED TO FIND THE TIME OKAY!” She then hung up without giving us the chance to say we are on the road and haven’t even been home to get the shipment. She then refuses to answer the call back and just keeps hanging up the phone when she picks it up without even answering. This went on for several calls. Rude woman that needs to get a job doing what she likes because this job is not for her. When we get home the box will be returned and better believe we will never use this company. They cold called us about tools, ran our credit without permission and then sent tools out that we don’t even know what’s in the box. BE WARE!!! The owner might try to call us because this problem needs to be resolved. Next will be the BBB.
