Update to another horrible experience. Came in one day with flu symptoms but was sent home without a Rx. Fine whatever. Came back 2 days later with a higher fever and more symptoms. An older lady came in very defensive with out telling me her name and then talked down to me like I was waisting her time. Said there wasn't much she could do and that she would prescribe me something but said it probably wouldn't work anyway. I asked about another medication and then she said she didn't want to argue with me and that I could have her card as if she came in waiting for a complaint. Something needs to be done up there with the way it's ran! People are having to drive to Reno just to get the care they deserve.

Update to my update- What can I say other than the fact I'm extremely impressed by the supervisor Sabrina. I had a issue and she was more than happy to help and sympathetic in regards to my child's care. She expediently got in contact with Nena and she called me and now my child is on the road to recovery thanks to that dynamic duo! Sabrina and Nena went above and beyond for my child! Sabrina even called me later in the day to make sure my little one would be ok. Thank you both for helping my child UPDATE - I am beyond proud of the clinic and the turn around they have made! I am beyond impressed by the following people and staff. 1. Juanita Aborah is a very educated and caring doctor who has shown me nothing but help, care and concern! 2. All of behavioral health staff are amazing from the front desk to the therapist and doctor Carrie Whitting and I have nothing but good to say about them all! 3. DR.YU. is amazing with my children(she has unfortunately left) Good news is DR.NENA COLUMBE is the absolute best doctor with children every child loves her! We just started seeing her and My kids love her so much that they ask to see her lol they ask I wonder what shes doing right now? My kids say she is like the cartoon doc. Mcstuffins. She is AMAZING with children I recommend that you take your children to her! If you are having trouble with a certain doctor or staff member speak up dont be afraid to advocate for yourself. I had several problems with this clinic but I finally found the right team and I am very happy about that. Dental rubbed me the wrong way and a certain male dentist should not even be employed there and I actually don't think he is anymore so thats awesome. He was rude and had a horrible bed side manner!The dental staff since then has been very helpful and I haven't had a problem since. Quick care is another story the front desk staff are awesome I just don't like a certain doctor they had who literally charged my insurance for nothing and said that they didn't think anything was wrong and to stop taking my meds she didn't do her job was very judgmental and very wrong! If a patient is not feeling right maybe do an exam?! Other than that recently I have been nothing but happy and I feel extremely hopeful about my health care now! WARNING To Others!!! If you need medical care in Susanville you might as well just move because there is literally no where for good care! This clinic has the worst staff and uneducated Doctors. Wait times long, phone times long, judge mental doctors, the list is a mile long! Sick of the entitlement sick of the care just over it! Guess people will just die because these people sure don't care you are just $$$$ to them!

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This is clearly a money based business that has no interest in the health and well-being of our towns citizens. Apparently, even though labcorp is separate and this building is our towns Urgent Care, they no longer allow people to make appointments at any facet of the facility unless they switch their primary doctor to a northeastern doctor. "Due to the high volume of patients." Forcing patients to have a primary care at your facility doesn't lessen the amount of patients you're seeing, it simply forces people who need medical care to pad your doctors pockets to be eligible to receive medical care. I shouldn't have to use up resources at the hospital because my doctors office is unable to give me a specific lab draw, and the place in town that should be able to refuses to unless I pay their doctors first. Sickening. Pathetic. So much for do no harm as a doctor, right? Guess that doesn't matter if you don't have them as a personal patient. I wish this place would shut down or get bought out by a medical facility capable of actually assisting our town. They don't do anything for anyone anymore as it is. They deserve to go out of business.

If I could give this please a negative star I would. The majority of admin and most staff especially older staff are biased and made me feel uncomfortable in care. I've experienced racists comments, unprofessional and uncaring treatment and ignorant statements. When reported to admin they stand by this behavior and ignore their patients best interests. If you're pregnant and have other options please go somewhere else. The pregnancy program they have is discouraging and they do not know what they're talking about half the time nor do they welcome patient preference without talking down to you or considering alternates that are best for the patient not easier for the facility. They take advantage that this small town doesn't offer a lot for healthcare options and it's disgusting. It's 2024 and they seem to be stuck in 1921.
