        I have to say hands down, the client services at Lassen Indian Health Center is the best, most sincere, prompt and true professionals I have experienced in such a long time. I am new to the area and have been handled in all areas of medical, dental and behavioral health with kid gloves. All departments have been identical in professionalism and knowledge, helping me navigate changing counties and setting up the necessary appointments in a timely fashion. This includes from the time I step and receive reception to over the phone conversations. Whoever is doing the hiring at the health center, thank you for doing your job of hiring exceptional customer service representatives of Lassen Indian Health Center!

        Unprofessional and ignorant statements by healthcare provider. Admin is ignorant and supportive to their staffs unprofessional behavior . I tried to resolve a matter through Ashley and she was a coward about the situation nothing was resolved nor even attempted to be. I will not recommend this place to friends or family .
