Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN): Sunnyvale Center: Palo Alto Medical Foundation

Sutter has a wonderful team of doctors, however their front office staff is just not very efficient. It takes them a long time to help with any questions and rescheduling appointments, when they automatically rescheduled you is a nightmare. I waited on hold for close to 20 mins on a phone call for them to help me with rescheduling. I hope the team comes up with a better system.

Front desks are rude and arrogant as comments mentioned. I called in millions of times to ask about medical transfer from another hospital, every time they gave different answers and just didnt do anything, and didnt help anything! They didnt care about your health at all thats how I feel before first appointment with doctor.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service at the front desk. The person I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional, talked in circles, and actually laughed at me at one point. Seeing as there are multiple other reviews sharing a similar experience with this office, it seems this has been unaddressed for quite some time.

The customer service person was very rude. We had to call them a few times to schedule an urgent appointment, every time she spoke very rudely. If we ask her a clarification question, she speaks in a very annoyed fashion.

I had a horrible experience speaking to a receptionist over the phone. She was very rude and what she stated over the phone was very uncalled for. Im confused as to why shes still employed. Reading the last couple reviews it seems like Im not the only one who has encountered an extremely rude receptionist from this location. Management do better!! This cant keep happening. I asked to speak to a manager about my experience and Im hoping I get a phone call back.
