I took my puppy here, he wanted to do bloodwork, ex rays , he said he had two broken ribs and someone kicked him, impossible anyone kicked him.. he just did the ex rays and gave him a medication that is like Advil, saying this is very strong.. also said there is something in his stomach and to see a specialist.. charged me $700.00 I called the next day and told the lady Pam he wasnt feeling good, she said to wait until the next day, he probably just over did it and is still in pain. I called the next night and they told me they couldnt see him as it was 5:15 and they close at 6 they seen him the first time at 5:45 . They got there money and did not care about my puppy.. I had to take him to the Er vet and she told me she does not see broken ribs and he could have pulled a muscle or hurt his back, she gave me another pain medication and that cost me $238.00 . I had also asked to speak th the Dr who said he had broken ribs and of course he wasnt available, this was on Friday.. here it is Monday at 4:30 and he finally called, I told him what the Er vet said and he said i could believe what I want and I should take my puppy elsewhere. I also had asked for 3 days to please send the X-rays because they had only sent one, i finally got them on Friday when I took my puppy to the Er vet.. she also said there was nothing in his stomach..

Our family has been going to Dr. Natt for over 20 years. We first discovered Dr. Nat when our regular vet was too busy to see our sick cat on a Friday before a long weekend. Pam the office manager, listened to my concerns, realized the cat needed to be seen ASAP and squeezed our cat in on an already full schedule for Dr.Natt. Dr. Natt saved our cats life as she had developed a very serious infection and probably would have died if we waited as my regular vet had suggested. Over the 20 plus years Dr. Natt has cared for one cat and 4 dogs in our family. He is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date on all the latest trends in animal care. Our dog Sam who lives half time at our ranch has has had a few accidents ranch related. Dr. Nat has sewn him up a few times. He has never had a post-op infection and he has healed quickly. Most recently Sam needed TPLO surgery for his torn ACL. As a Stanford RN I was thrilled that Dr. Natt has platelet rich plasma available for his patients. He is a master surgeon and I am so happy that our animals have him as their Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Natt, Pam and all his staff!!!

took our 12 year old dog to this vet to get his annual physical. We recently moved to the bay area from NYC and decided to choose this place because all the other vets in the area only had availability 1-2 months out. Was a big mistake!. They said he needed to be sedated to do the full checkup because he was uncooperative. I get it, our dog is aggressive but never in the 12 years has a vet told us he needed to be sedated to perform an exam. This was our fault, we gave them the ok since they convinced us that it was necessary and that they could do things like look at his teeth and trim his nails. But WOW was it expensive. It was pricier than any vet we have been to in NYC. They charge for every little thing and they hand you medication without even explaining to you any diagnosis. I sent our final bill to a vet we know and they were so surprised at the markup on everything. Im giving them 2 stars because they are actually very nice and friendly until they give you the bill! Looking at some of the bad reviews, i actually agree with some of them. I really do think they try to sedate your pet because either they are lazy and don't feel like dealing with uncooperative pets or they want to make more money by charging you for the sedation. Our 12 year old dog has never been required to be sedated to perform an exam. Also they never even trimmed his nails even though they said it was covered with the exam! I would only go to this vet if price is no factor and that you need an appointment ASAP.
