Our Little League has been using them for several years for engraved bricks. They have quick turn around and have met all commitments. They are well organized which is a plus as being a volunteer organization we need all the help we can get.

I would write a long post if I could. They did a terrible job on our parts. We machined 20 units each costing ~$50 and hired them to laser engrave it. They botched up the job. The letters were not visible. When asked to fix they wasted my time. Asked me to come to their store and then didn't even properly review it and was quick to blame that they were different materials on the parts. Customer service is zero. Further we gave them 20 units and they only returned 18. And kept blaming us. We checked our records in emails and validated our inventory and it was clear there were 20. But he just insisted that we didn't give them. Things get misplaced we understand but blaming that we never gave them is terrible. No effort I even trying to place them. And Brent doesn't even have basic human decency to talk to us properly. Leave alone customer service, I couldn't talk to him even for two minutes. That's how rude he was. Brent was mad and annoyed and claimed that I call him a liar. I never once said that and he agreed. Please stay away.
