Miserable front desk person. She freaked out on us in the parking lot before a game because we asked to check in early. Had my dash cam on while she continues to scream at my husband because I asked to use the bathroom in office to change my clothes before a football game. Incredibly unstable, and if I had time to do anything else but leave I would have. Caused me to be late to a game. Better off staying at a motel 6 for the same price and zero grief. Will definitely be reaching out to every channel possible to be sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Very helpful staff. I had a technical issue with the tv cable box, and they upgraded my room at no charge. For an inexpensive hotel, it does exactly what it needs to and the staff seems to care.
