      image I really appreciate the customer service at this store. Special shout out to Brenda who helped me with my Amazon returns a few weeks ago.
      Brenda was welcoming, friendly and she even helped me navigate my orders at Amazon to help print the correct return label, her patience and willingness to go the extra mile for me is very much appreciated.

      image Insisted on $3 to put $0.02 tape on.
      If they are making monies via other methods of business, I'm quite sure the offset of $6 tape per week isn't going to break their bank. But they'd rather be uncourteous, rude and petty. I get it's a business and every $ counts - but businesses also have some give and courtesy. The MANAGER/OWNER was ready to be her RUDEST self - probably encouraging her staff to try and be just as mean and rude. ACTUALLY managed to ruin my mood a little. WORST UPS STORE IN THE BAY AREA !
      PS they insisted that the Amazon instructions says tape not provided...but Amazon makes it sound like you're dropping it off to courteous people.

      image Don't get passport photo clicked here. The lighting is poor and photo will be rejected. They should not be offering this service.
      I'm grateful to the store manager who did give me a refund for my rejected photos. Apparently they don't normally provide this refund which is insane.
