worse business of usbank in history!!!!!!!! they are scammers, making me pay 5x overdraft , when their is only one payment. their staff is rude, they lie to your face. saying they are trying to help but in reality they aren't. worse fucking bank ever! close your account now! if i could leave 0 stars i would because thats their rating. unprofessional and rude as hell.

This review is for this location, and not US Bank in general. This is a location inside the Safeway. I opened an account here, and the staff were very helpful. It took a lot longer than I expected, and there was no place to sit, hence why I took off one star. I have had a lot of issues using ATMs, or even calling the customer service number, but when I come into this location I always get great service.

Clerk wouldn't let me withdraw cash even with my issued US Bank card with my name I gave info they needed it was correct info and still didn't get money. Also they're atm was being blocked so I couldn't even get money from atm. Money needed for an emergency now I have to go look for an atm wasting time to get money and I need the money not waste time looking for atm. Was thinking about opening a new business account for my company now I will go somewhere else don't need this to happen again and not be able to access my cash for work supplies

Terrible bank it takes forever for checks to clear it takes forever to process credit card payments if you have a check endorsed over to you and deposit in your account they'll reverse it even if they've deposited checks in the past with the same name they love to charge overdraft fees and they will hold your check until you overdraft and then deposit it so that way you can pay the overdraft fees I do not recommend
