terrible customer service. Every single time I call I have to call 3 or 4 times before they answer so i have to dedicate a total of 20 to 30 mins to calling. I usually call early in the morning usually before 8 which means they shouldn't have very many calls. When they finally do answer and I make an appointment for them to do a bin exchange it is a toss up whether or not they show up.

I used to like this place it was an easy in and out dumping place but now they weigh your truck in and out and you waste at least 2 hours one in and one out plus whatever time take you to dump they change the system my truck is a one ton only I know how to calculate the weight they charge $69.00 a ton but they ask me for a $213.00 deposit after one hour I got back to the scale and they give me back $144.00 not the bet system be ready to wait one hour in and one hour out 😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Customer service is bad aswell we will be lookung for another trash company. I would not give not a single star but you have too.

they dont dispose the trash on time. I've been on hold with them for over 30 minutes.
