Made an appointment to get a spray-in bed liner installed on my new F150. Arrived at the appointed time and met with Kathy. She walked me through what they will be doing to prep it for the spray, and then she did a video walk around of my truck to make sure there was no damage, which is a good practice. She told me it might take 4 to 5 hours, maybe less. 3 hours later I got a call it was ready. Awesome. I am extremely happy with the outcome. It looks great, nothing was spayed over and everything that was sprayed around was done with great precision. Will absolutely be back when I need something else.

Left my truck there since 9AM and there was no sense of urgency to let me know ASAP that they couldn't spray my plastic lined bed. Instead Cathy at the front office didn't bother getting confirmation until 4:15pm. I had to find a lyft back and they close at 5. There was no apology, no thought about me losing a whole day. Then the manager on the phone mentions paying for my Lyft ride but doesn't follow up. They just don't care, no one is on the ball with anything.
