They gave me a work window of 1:30- 5:30p. When no one had arrived by 5:30, I put in a call. They told me not to expect someone until 8:00-8:30. No one had called to tell me to expect a delay. Plumber arrived at 8:13p. He was courteous and efficient .

I have used this company several times with good luck. However, my recent experience was not good. I needed some regular maintenance of clean out. I spoke to a scheduler late in the afternoon a d was told someone would call back to schedule the day/time. Nobody called. I called the next morning and did get onto the next days schedule. I had a 2-5 window. At 5pm , I called to find out when they were arriving. I was told it might not be until 7pm. Not acceptable. I was rescfor next day, noon to 3 window. I was told that I'd be scheduled as a priority. At 2pm I wS called and told they were at another job and woul be 1-2 hours late. At that point, I canceled. For 3 days I waited for service and kept getting pushed to the end. That was poor service and I will never call them, again

Unprofessional fraudulent company For the same issue first day charge me 400 $ and second day 250$
