Our backyard drains had become clogged and it turned out to be a much bigger deal than I'd expected. Roots and dirt had, over the years, clogged and even broken the pipes underneath our brick patio. The company's camera and other tools couldn't see how far the clog extended towards the street. But we agreed they'd take it step by step to determine how much was necessary to do, and at each step along the way they showed me the views from their underground cameras and the flow of water. I can't vouch for whether others might have been less expensive, but in terms of professionalism, communication and responsiveness, the company, especially Jeff and Brandon, were superb and pleasures to deal with. I'm going to use them again when I deal with the old pipes under our house. (Ah, the pleasures of owning an old home!)...Part II, several years later. What started out with what I thought was a minor job, adding a bidet Toto toilet seat to our master bedroom, turned out to be a nightmare, through no fault of Flood Brothers. Turns out we needed to replace the old toilet, as well as the sewage and drain pipes to the master bathroom. Throughout the long, painful saga of broken toilets purchased from Amazon and elsewhere, the guys reacted with patience, humor, flexibility, responsiveness and skill. I was impressed that with miscellaneous requests ("oh, as long as you're here") they didn't nickel or dime me. Another very positive experience with the company. Service: Drain cleaning
