someone used my credit card to make a purchase at this establishment. i tried calling 2 different phone number to research and both numbers are disconnected. this place is a scam!!!
i would give -10 stars if i could

NSPN has been providing our league with the highest quality photos and efficient picture day for many years. Greg Palmer and his family business go out of their way to make sure all our photo needs are met. We are thankful for their amazing service and attention to detail. We highly recommend NSPN!

This is a very cheap company! It has been close to 2 months since I talked to the owner of this bussiness, Greg. those pictures that they took are horrible! I payed around 20.00 just for a cell phone case and I believe it is a lot for not using the case, in addition the cost of the pictures. When I talked to Greg (about 2 months back), he agreed that the case will be replaced. He asked for another picture and for the address (I have the emails to prove that). After almost 2 months I called them back because I have not received it. He answered me "who did you talk to?" I said "you" he said, "really, I do not recalled anything." Then he said "did you send the case that you don't want?" I said "no." He said "that is the reason you have not received it." I told him that I did not send it back to them because when I asked him about sending it back, he said that I did not have to do it. Now, he said, "it was not like that." I said I have the emails that I have sent to you, and where you are asking for my address to send the new one with the picture that I have emailed you". Then, he began talking about the original picture, pointing out that the picture was a good one that my son's eyes were completely open, asking me "what is it that you did not like about the picture?" I said, "we have been through this conversation already and I don't have the picture in front of me." I told him that I was calling because it has been almost 2 months and I have not heard anything from them. He was rude! He replied, "end of the conversation! just go ahead and send the case that you don't like and we'll go from there because they're expensive!"
