DO NOT RENT FROM THEM WE APPLIED FOR AN APARTMENT AND THEY JUST TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER GAVE US AN ANSWER. I CALLED, TEXTED, EMAILED AND LEFT VOICE MAILS. THEY JUST GONNA TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NO APARTMENT!

We rented an apartment from these jokers for a little over a year in Hollywood. Apart from the roaches and constant littering, the main problem was the bedbugs, we did not get it, but almost everyone else in the building did, we watched as they brought in these large industrial heaters pumping heat inside their apartments just to kill the bedbugs. They also do not enforce any of rules which are found in their rental agreement, the occupants of the apartments constantly break them and complaining to them did nothing until we moved out. The place was falling apart when we left. The owners of the building do not even come to check the condition of the apartment or what is going on. You will have a lot of people living in these apartments who do not even belong there, are not on the rental agreement who are just causing trouble and disturbance for everyone else. I have lived in Los Angeles for over 30 years and never have I been more disgusted renting a place than one from 1st London Realtors. Really, it was that bad of an experience, we are glad we left.

Let me tell you very disappointed with this company. They owe apartments in Bakersfield ca. at 4032 o st. Worst place to live. Lived there for three years did lost of improvements and cleaned for three days. before moving out. Well relieved a letter to day for repairs. Really lets see apartment pained by me,cleaned by me, had to clean my own carpets by me. The carpet was over three years old. Every time the owners came to the complex never would see what needed fix. Now they have to mangers on the property and lets just say they are shady. She walks around with no shoes hair a mess and looks like a homeless person. They are very unprofessional.. So watch out for this company will have any excuse to keep your deposit. But that is ok took pictures of the beautiful apartment left it better then when I moved. So now will be taking you to court, Plus on 10/12/2017 signed of the apartment was good smelled good and was very clean and she also signed we returned all keys. I could go on but who ever reads this will get the just of what am saying. Well up date and let you all know how court goes.
