Staff extremely rude, dismissive do not know there left hand from there right, and when you ask for clarification they call you rude and hangup on your "office manager " Management/owners please get a phone system where all calls are recorded (for quality assurance) this way you can listen 1st hand how rude and unprofessional your staff is. Canceled my angioplasty appointment/ Procedure.

I've only been seen twice and the first time was really fast, the second time I seen the echo tech ashlynn, I think she spells it like that . God knows but, she was very informative and sweet, gentle with the process and she was not upset with me chatting and informing her about my family and past including my stroke I had when I was 25 and I had it when It was my oldest nephews birthday.I felt so bad for having it on his birthday but I don't control my life and I can't tell God to not give me a stroke on his birthday but I don't control God. And when I called to reschedule my appointment because I was sick the schedule people were very understanding and nice I just love the person who I interactated with esriael? I think that is how he spells his name .But all in all good interactions were pleasant so far but, we will see in the future.

Here are my comments about my visit 1: Office waiting area is too small 2: The front desk staff is OK, but not friendly 3: Too long waiting time 4: I am very happy with Mr. William (Nuclear test Technologist). He was very professional and kept me informed of all steps. 5: No follow up date was provided. I had to call office to get one.

Change it to 4 stars because the doctor was professional and helpful. Insurance handling personal needs improvement. Other than that, I would say it is OK place to get treatment
