We came and requested a gravestone to be done at a Chinese Cemetery back in 2005 and it was not completed till 2007. This place is very irresponsible. They continue to take requests without finishing their current gravestones first. Even after weekly visits they continue to say it will be done by the next time we come by, however that was not the case. When we told them we will take them to court, and sue them if it is not done in a week, then they finally made sure it was done. The next time we stopped by, you bet it was done because they sure didn't want to get sued!!! If I were you, I'd take your business elsewhere!
Overview:
- It took 2 years to get the gravestone done and added to the Chinese Cemetery. 2005-2007.
- Weekly visits asking if they've started or completed it, all they say is it will be done by next visit, NOPE!
- Finally after 2 years we told them we will sue them if not completed in 1 week, then it finally got completed!
Not a satisfied customer!!!! Will not return!!
