        Sunday 11am appt - got here at 9am and checked in w/o issue. Due to COVID they use a phone check in system so I did not have to deal with what ever lady the others are referring to. They came out and got my bills and got a red light right away. He said he would put my bills in the back so when light turns green good to go. Great experience I would say. I picked up from Niagara in Puyallup, WA and that was equally good and same check in phone system.
