I've not had bad experiences with the dentists per say but I have a HUGE issue with their times! Example, last three times I went I was given a 4 pm appointment and it took them well over 2 hrs to get me seen! I was leaving the place after 7:30 each time! There were days when I had no one to watch my 3 kids and it was havoc in there. I shouldn't have to be in a dentist's office more than I NEED to be. When you're taking 2 hrs just to sit me down in a seat and another 30 mins to actually start my procedure, there is a problem. I have officially been looking for another dentist! Any recommendations???

I called in the morning to see the if I could change my son appointment to an early time. I was told to come in at 330pm instead of 430pm. I was happy because we had other plan and I took time off work to bring him in early. That was BS....I sat and waited for an hour, until my original schedule time before they call us in. I complained but was given some BS excuses. Next time, tell me on the phone that your time change is not possible so I don't have to take time off from work. So pissed....

Worse dental place ever! I had to get a root canal done and the ding dong doctor started drilling before i was numb. JERK! He didn't even ask if I felt numb like a normal doctor would. Then, they too threatened to send me to collections because they didn't want to fix their billing mistakes. They claimed i had 2 cleanings done within 6 months (I know how my insurance works so it was not true), but really they processed my husbands cleaning under my name and mine under me again. My insurance had to tell me their mistakes, but of course they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and kept on saying i owe them money. Even one of their financial processor manager, Blanca, quit (im sure she's finally gotten tired of their fraud process) and i had to start all over with another dummy who has no idea what she's doing. This place is wack, full of clowns. Don't even bother stepping in or calling them for any info. They'll scam you like many other hard working patients. All they care about is money not their patients. Id give them zero stars if that was an option. -Annie

They are crooks. They sent me a bill for X-rays and teeth cleaning. That is covered my my insurance but they didn't bother to submit it to them. Then I called gentle dental and got nothing but attitude from their manager. To make it better instead of fixing their mistake the sent me to collections. Do not go there!!
