        If i could rate them ZERO STARS, I WOULD!! They are always rude to customers having attitude for absolutely no reason other than it seems like they are very racist & they wont sell you any lottery scratchers unless you buy something from them! Completely illegal & a scam.. i have reported it to the state of california & the lotto! Me working for the state hopefully will help to do something about them!
