        Bait and switch.  Their website showed they had two kayaks in stock of what I wanted, and better yet, they were on clearance.  We went to the Stockton store to get one, checking as we got there that they were still listed on their website.  The employee checked, and they weren't in stock.  He called the Sacramento store, and they were out of stock as well.  The employee then tried to sell me the new year model which was considerable more expensive.  I told him the kayak I came for was a few hundred dollars less, and it's on their website.  That they're engaging in bait and switch tactics.  He called Sacramento again, and they'd do nothing.  We were going to buy two boats and all the gear.  Their dishonesty lost then customers forever.
