Mercedes-Benz of Stockton and Jonathan Martinez are the best in the area! We have gone to other locations and unfortunately, the customer service was not good. Back in December we wanted to purchase our first Mercedes ever. For things out of this world, we landed at this location. We were introduced to Jonathan by the front desk staff member. Jonathan introduced himself and he was so humble and attentive. He was also a very good listener and understood what we wanted immediately. Jonathan should really be your to-go-person, whenever you want to purchase a car. From our experience, all the people we have interacted with at this location, are so amicable and kind. Also, after buying our 1st Mercedes, Jonathan had a very beautiful gesture with my 5-year old kids for Christmas! For me, that was going more than above and beyond! We like Mercedes and Jonathan so much, we came back to buy another car with him yesterday 3/3/2024. :) Thank you Merdeces-Benz of Stockton and Jonathan!

We had the best experience at Mercedes of Stockton and would recommend anyone to this dealership. Jonathon Martinez was our salesperson and we highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and told us from the beginning he was going to work for us to get the deal done which he did, within 2 hours he had us walking out with our new EQB! Once we got into finance Bin Pham (Finance Manager) made the process easy and enjoyable getting our paperwork done super efficiently. I also want to thank Brad for showing my wife all the features of her new vehicle and making sure we understood the car before leaving the dealership. This by far is the best experience Ive had purchasing a vehicle and I highly recommended to ask for Jonathon Martinez when you go into Mercedes of Stockton if you want the best sales experience.

Finest automobiles we have ever owned and our relationship with MB Stockton has been professional and more than worth the drive from western Nevada County. The sales and service departments have been so well done in our eyes; very grateful for making this life necessity a joy, seriously!

I bought a Genesis GV80 from these guys and they didn't disclose several scratches on the hood and would not pay to have them fixed.
