    Came to this shop because it's a Geico Xpress auto shop. Unfortunately there was nothing express about the experience. The bumper repair on the Infiniti QX80 turned from a week job to over a month. Kept calling for updates and they were always waiting for a new part to arrive. Joe the manager is great and replaced the tail late they broke while working on the repair. They made light scratches on the rear quarter panel which Joe offered to buff out as a customer courtesy though his shop created them. They never buffed it out but said the car was ready to pick up. The reviews don't lie, stay away from this shop if you have a nice vehicle. Service: Body & Trim

    If i could i would give this plus minus 5 stars for their rating! My car was hit in front of my residence & my insurance recommended this place. They had my car for 5 weeks & while it was with them my car was damaged inside, ripped seats, ripped fabric in back of my SUV, hood didn't close right, grill was loose, window was loose, car wasn't washed & this is a brand new car i'm talking about. A $60,000 car! They did such a horrible job that I want to make it known, so nobody else will have to endure what I did! 2022 brand new what are these hole all about? Oh we don't know how they got there !

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I repeat.. They had my car for half a year and I'm still waiting. Nikki the estimator is horrible and I'm ready to call the cops as my car stolen. It's not in the lot and I think she gave it away or something. So unprofessional. My car is worth over 30 thousand dollars and she collected 15K from my insurance months ago. I have no idea what's going on but I'm still making payments on my car and paying insurance and she delays time every time with excuses. I'm going tomorrow to call the cops to make a police report to create a case and sue Certified Collision Center. I don't even want my car back anymore because I think they stole the parts, messed up my car and gave it away to whomever cause it's not there anymore. I just want 30K for my car to pay it off and compensated for pain and suffering as I've been ubering around everywhere and paying hundreds to thousands on rentals. God sees and Karma is going to get you good horrible sneaky people!!! SAVE YOURSELF NOW and DO NOT take your car here. Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

    This is to forewarn any potential customers looking to do business that this shops work is very subpar and sloppy.I was recommended certified collision repair by my auto insurance provider, I wish I would have taken my time and done a little bit more research before going off of good faith with my auto insurances recommendation to go here.I dropped my car off on January 23rd to start the process of my inspection and repairs.Nikki was awesome through the inspection process, and the initial interactions of starting the repairs.Unfortunately, after about five weeks of my car being here for repairs when it was time for me to retrieve my car back, there was additional damages done to my car during the repair process.Please keep in mind that when I dropped my car off for repairs, there was only external damage to the passengers side of my car, and during that repair process, they damaged the interior of my car as well as the exterior .My car was completely brand new only a year old. I have been the only owner and I've taken extremely good care of it. After being involved in an accident, I was looking forward to getting my car restored back to its previous condition only to end up being very disappointed that it's been given to me in worse condition then when it was brought in. For anybody looking for an auto repair shop, please take your time and do your research before selecting an auto body repair even if recommended by your insurance, do your diligence and look into the reviews to get an idea of the quality of work that you'll be receiving .Upon the time that I came to finally take my car back from the collision center I was not happy with the way parts were installed as things were not flush and secure. My Honda emblem was glued back on crooked, my front and back bumpers are not secure & flush. The front grill & head lights and other attachments are not flush or secure. There is gaps and spacing in areas there were not before. The internal damages were scratched up paint around base of where my doors close, external scratches on my exterior accessories.The head liner is loose and not properly secured.Internal air bag buttons are damaged & loose I am unsure why as the airbags never deployed.The inside and the outside of my car was filthy from the repair process I had to ask for it to be re-cleaned.There's so many other issues towards the end of this process, more or less I can say that this repair center is understaffed and overworked, and they're taking on more cars and clients than they can manage, which in my opinion is leading to the poor quality of work, and the lack of professionalism.I will attach photos of the damages.The shop states that they guarantee their work and offer to go back and fix things that are unsatisfactory. I personally do not feel comfortable, giving them another opportunity to correct the mistakes they made as they have lost my trust as a customer.I hope this helps any potential customers out. Please look elsewhere for your repairs as this business from my experience is not sufficient.
