Bert was awesome! He was on time and came to my home with his mask, booties and great personality. We explained to him what the issue was and he was able to diagnose the problem and order the new stem/cartridges for the bathroom faucet. We also had him diagnose the diverter for the tub. Bert came back in two days to replace the cartridges and the faucet is working now. Thanks Bert and we will see you next time. Service: Tap repair

Experienced loss of hot water with our tankless unit. Bert came out and walk thru a couple of preliminary checks and quickly found the cause of our hot water loss It turned out to be something not related to our tankless unit but none the less as important. After resolving the issues he tested the system to ensure success and satisfaction. Bert is a honest man and an asset to this profession.
