Raison D'etre Bakery

Perfectly crisp Parmesan made by Raison D'etre.:  I just bought this weighing 3 ounces today at the whole foods market, White Plains, NY for $7.99.There is more salt in this product than Parmesan. It is the saltiest snack I have ever tasted. I'm appalled to note that one serving has 430 MG sodium, supplying 18% of the daily sodium required. I wish I had read the nutrition label before I bought this. This is a very unhealthy product and does not deserve to be on the shelf of the whole foods market. May I request the Management to consider hauling the sodium content by more than half? This is really a deadly product, and I plan to talk about this to other customers when I visit whole foods so that they stop buying this product. I Will be a standing disadvertisement for this product. I am writing to the whole foods market to withdraw this product from the shelves. I'm also writing to the governor of New York to prohibit the sale of this unhealthy product with deadly salt content potentially leading to loss of balance due to excessive sodium content.. I honestly believe that Raison D'etre with its skill sets can create products that are tasty and at the same time healthy, with more balanced nutrition.. Thank you. Keep on baking...our favorites are the lemon iced scones, chocolate croissants, and blueberry banana bran muffins. Would like to see the old coffee cake come back. It had a cinnamon crunch on top with the itcake just cinnamon, was simply perfect.
