Golden Inca Peruvian Restaurant

We go to Inca Gold to watch the Peru national soccer team on pay-per-view, and for that, it's an adequate restaurant. We've sampled the vitals and they're OK, but not great. The Papa a la Huancaina is passable. The sauce is thinner and not as spicy as it should be. The Milanesa de Pollo is pretty good (fries and rice were good). While I only have the games to point to, the service was pretty poor. Our orders were delayed and we generally felt ignored. It's possible that during non-game days there is more customer attention. The decor is a bit low-end (cross between a take out pizza joint and Chinese restaurant), but I understand they are undergoing a remodel. We'll go back for games, but not just for the food.
