What separates a good realtor from a great realtor is an in-depth knowledge of the area they are selling and an innate sense of knowing what the client wants along with an immediate trust in your realtor. Rebeca has all of that, she is a native to the San Francisco Bay Area and knows all of the nuances of many neighborhoods that may not be apparent to someone new to the area. She is a good listener and with her intuition, she understands immediately what you are looking for and finding you the property of your dreams. When it was time to search for my new home, I wanted to go with someone I knew. I've known Rebeca Ibarra for over 40 years. I could tell from her social media pages that she was the one I needed for this. She was on top of her game. It was my first purchase and I asked a lot of questions. She connected me with a mortgage lender who was also great to work with. Rebeca was on it, always keeping me informed on where we were in the process whether looking at homes or thru the entire buying process. True communicator which is the key in any relationship.
