Well the leasing agent and the manager show's a little knowledge or no knowledge at all of what suppose to be done and how the process should be if an active military is applying for the unit. They should know that some military personnel has to freeze their information so it will be difficult for them to check the credit until they call the person. And that didn't happen to us. Like if you apply for a credit card in store and didn't work they will give you a courtesy call just to confirm. I guess some people are lazy or just didn't used the word common sense. So we didn't find out until a week later, NO CALLS from them of what the status or if there is any issue regarding the application until I sent them an email. Then, NO CALLS again from them as a courtesy since they denied the application they should call us for us to get the hold deposit. We went to the office and the manager didn't even know where our file is and he said we applied to the other facility which is not. File should be accessible to both the manager and the leasing agent specially if the leasing agent will be off the next day or vice versa and the manager told us to call them instead of him offering us that he will call once he find the file. He so unprofessional and very disrespectful. The management should review the capacity and capabilities of the people they hire.

My family [My mom, my 2 younger siblings (8 and 13) and I (25)] decided not to extend our lease after a year of living here. It is not worth it and I recommend looking else where. The amount of problems you will have here is ridiculous. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Let's begin with the base rent price. The CURRENT price of the place is not worth it. The cost when we moved in was almost borderline not worth it, but what they are asking for now for potential residents and residents that are extending is definitely not worth it. Then you have to add utilities that cost more than when we lived in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. Management and everyone in the office do not communicate. You need a maintenance fix, you will not receive it at a timely manner. When you do, they will target you and deem it your fault and charge you even thought it is not. For example, we came home to our apartment flooded, and the water reached to almost our bedrooms. We called them, and they claimed that we left the water running and we clogged the pipes which cause it to overflow. Here is the thing, our sink, counter top and everything on the counter top, and everything in the cabinet under the sink is dry. How did the flood happen? It is unknown since we were blamed for it. Say the pipes was clogged. We shared the piping with the upstairs unit. How can they be sure that it was our fault? I am not alone either. I talked to my neighbors, and they also felt like they were being targeted for profit. They told me that when they call for a fix, the maintenance person will not fix it properly and when the damage occurred again they were charged for it. An example being, my neighbor had a cracked sink pipe. Instead of replacing the pipe, they just put some type of puddy on the cracks and called it a day. It held out for only a month. There were times when we would email the property manager for an inspection and never receive it. When we spoke to the maintenance person he claims that he was never notified.Parking Situation: If you have more than 1 car, there are plenty of street parking, but not guaranteed and requires a walk up the hill. That is not my complain. For resident parking there are spaces behind the gates, and spots outside the gates. I chose to pay monthly for a secondary parking ($75 a month) and we were assigned a space outside the gates. Multiple times, and way too many times might I add, was my parking space occupied by a stranger. Whether it is someone who lives here, a guest of a resident, or someone who lives/ guest of someone who lives in the next door apartment complex. I've had someone occupy my space so many times that my secondary space was even changed, but still outside the gate. The problem continued. The owners of the cars are lucky that they left before the tow truck came. Now I will admit, I cannot fully blame the NON-RESIDENTS who chose to occupy my spot. There are no signs up that indicates that the spots are reserved for residents only, and the floor either has very fainted paint or it says "4 hour guest parking" even though the property rented it out to residents. Unfortunately, the spot I pay for has a faint paint on the floor that says "4 hour guest parking". Among my many complaints, I have suggested to repaint the floors and put up signs, and yet nothing has been done about it. This left a huge confusion to the owner of the one car I was able to tow, and it also left confusion to the tow person, but I showed proof of a map that highlighted my assigned spot and my contract.I will end this with the move out cost. The move out cost is around $1k to $1500, and majority of it is for "Clean up fee", even if you clean it yourself or get it done by a professional service. Please read other reviews.
