        Poor communication from the project coordinator. We are several months past our original installation date and the crew showed up with windows and no door. Every communication weve had to call and email several times before we get a response.

        Brand new showroom opened around Sept 2021. Needs a few tweaks here and there but overall great experience. Pella has some very innovative windows with hidden screens, no crank swing windows and built in blinds.
