Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Great job on my carpet and they were able to come out on a Sunday which is really convenient. No need to wait hours for a technician. They gave me an estimated time and the guy was there on time, even called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. The cleaning solution doesn't have the harsh chemical smell some professional carpet cleaning solutions do. Dried within 1-2 hours and the stains are gone. Thanks Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery of Pasadena I will use you guys again next year.

I've used Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning of Pasadena multiple times and LOVE working with them. I manage an office space on 3 floors, with almost 12000 sq. feet of space/carpet. They are super easy to schedule with and do a fantastic job. The difference in the whole look and feel of our office is vastly improved after every visit and I love that they use eco friendly practices for their cleaning. The price is also very reasonable and way better than other competitors out there. I highly recommend their service. Easy, professional, excellent results, everything dries fast, great price and safe products for people no dog smell after the cleaning big plus!

I called on a Monday evening past business hours and left a message to see if I could get my carpets cleaned on the next day or Wednesday. I left a message and promptly on Tuesday morning I received a call and they let me know they could come on Wednesday afternoon. The woman was very pleasant. We set an appointment for 3:30-5:30pm on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning I received a call from Justin and he asked me if I would like him to come earlier as he had some time but let me know the regular scheduled time would be fine too. This actually worked out much better for me but had Justin not reached out to me I might not have gotten everything I needed to get done that day. Justin got here right on time, we did some paperwork and he explained the process to me. He is very professional. He got to work and finished up the job. The carpets looked awesome and smelled incredible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I like all natural alternatives to the chemical based carpet cleaning.
