LOS ANDES PERUVIAN RESTAURANT

I've visited this place on several occasions in the past Pre-Covid. The first time I will say their lomo saltado was tastefully sauteed, invigoratingly Delicious to eat. Their meat tender and nicely cooked. Same with their pollo saltado, at that time. Fast forward to 23/2024, tried it again and what a disappointment in quality, taste and presentation. It's truly sad to know that a place that has the potential to lure and appeal to a customer base that loves a genuine Peruvian dish, no longer has the passion and desire to cater to it's customers. I don't know what happened that caused this spot to lose their sazn, passion and desire to give their % devotion to the art of Peruvian food. Their meat now is chewy, not tender, they no longer serve good size portions like they used to, they'll give you more fries instead of a evenly portioned meal with choice of protein. If the owner of this place cares about it's business and reads this review. I implore you to please invest in your business and bring back your passion and quality to your food as you once did in the beginning. Thank you.

1st trying these dishes and they were absolutely amazing. The wait for my fried rice was a little longer than expected but after the dish came out, I understood why lol so fresh and delicious
