Really hard to work with when it comes to getting paid. They will hold onto change orders for months, sometimes until the project is complete then try to negotiate to pay you less. Their accounting department is a lot of times unresponsive. Checks will get "lost" in the mail. Multiple times will go over the legal 10 days to pay once they are paid. Also not the best management. They schedule things out of sequence a lot and things have to be redone. They cost subcontractors a lot of money, its hard to be profitable on any of their jobs. If you bid to them, take your usual mobs and multiply it 3 times. Document everything you do on the job, because they will try to take money back any way possible and will take any chance to put the liability of their mistakes on you. Also, all of the good reviews they have are people who work for them. RJ stump is one of their project managers. Reported for conflict of interest.

Their office is a mess. Ceiling tiles and carpet are stained, boxes and paperwork are scattered everywhere and it smells musty and moldy. Could not wait to get out of there and take a shower. Hard to believe they would allow potential customers inside looking like that.
