I was having a really rough day to begin with, then my cat knocked a mug of coffee onto my old MacBook Pro just as I was about to migrate to my new MacBook Pro... Kevin was indeed amazing... He was kind and patient and caring as he helped me rescue my hard drive and migrate over to the new machine. I HIGHLY recommend IT Amazing Kevin is not only an awesome tech guru, he's an exceptional communicator who will help you better understand your technology and what it can do for you. Still waiting, I have paid a few hundred for a replacement battery, Then about 1 month after the warranty expired it happened again. So this time I brought it back, and they said its done come and get it, I get their and the laptop turns on but no keys work, So it doesn't work at all. Then he said its the mother board, 2 months later i finally got ahold of them via phone. And they still haven't been able to fix it, so they are sending it to a more experienced tech to see what they can do. I never agreed to them sending it, and they refuse to call me back for an update, The scottsvalley loaction is not open, so i am going to go to the soquel location for hopefully some direction or at least some status. I would like to say that they have never called me for an update in the almost 4 months they have had my property. I mean come on, I will take this review down once i get some help and my F#!$ING computer back, as it is my only source of income , oh btw they gave me a loaner that worked for 2 days and ive been trying to give it back as it never really worked.
