The worst customer service guy . Wont listen to what you have to say .. I had to trade in a concentration machine that put dirt in the water canister.. and he said that it was in my canister already , when it was a brand new in the package canister.. I am so mad .. maybe he needs another job .

Not willing to replace cpap cushions. Telling me they only replace cushions 1x/year through Medi-Cal. Federal durable medical device guidelines for medicare and medicaid state that replacement cushions can be provided up to every month. The cushions are supposed to be replaced every 1-2 months according to online sources,...as well as my ten years of cpap usage ordering supplies through other companies. Leakage, as reported on the cpap machine software, is at nontherapeutic levels because masks are not being replaced as needed making this expensive medical equipment a paperweight. Air blowing in my eyes throughout the night is causing watering, crusting and red eyes. Above all there has been no effort from Adventist to help replace/repair the cpap unit I'm currently using. It was recalled more than six months ago ci due to serious cancer risks .

Thay complain I'm not using my cpap but the cheap mask thay sent me got air in my eyes and thay got infected so I couldent use it I had to rig it and the velcro is so cheep on it I had to sew it thay wouldent help me get a new one unless I used it 4 hours a day for three more mouths I'm not going blind for them to make money no way I can only use it 2 days at a time. Or my eyes get sore from all the air going in them are thay nuts my eyes are not for them to play with then thay sent me a bill for 75 dollars what for monitoring my sleep I'm paying them and tell them to stop monitoring me it invasion of my privacy. I do not like that at all .you have to use it 4 hours a night for 3 months for the incerance to cover your stuff no thank you I'll get what I need from Amazon thank you. I'll keep my eyesight over there pocket aney day .the thing is I'm not a complainer usually I let things slide but this no way shame on them .I'm not a new customer iv had the old cpap for 7 years .but hade to get a new one thay could of ent the mask I had befor but instead sent a cheep mask and inserted I use it for 3 more months the first 3 dam near killed my eyes I'm not doing it for 3 more no way

I have been trying to talk to the therapist ever since my CPAP was recalled and I was told not to use it. This has been since April. It is now Nov. They don't return calls and they don't care for their patients/customers. I have left more than 20 messages. Although there aren't many alternatives in Tuolumne County, I would recommend you find one versus using this business
