        This would be a 5 because the sushi was excellent, the size of the pieces of fish were very generous and the chef was very friendly and came out to talk to everyone. It's not 5 because one of the most important parts of the sushi experience -remember, you're eating raw fish- is that the sushi bar and its environs should be immaculately clean. I can forgive the shipment of Asahi on the hand truck parked behind us -because, ya know, you gotta have beer, but the fish cooler -the glass cooler you see the fish through- was very dusty on the outside and on the inside of the glass it looked like someone simply wiped a wet rag over the glass leaving a trail of little drops that remained wet as long as we were there. These seemed like great folks and thye sushi was some of the best we've had so I hope they spend the extra ten minutes to clean this issue up.
