Don at Cook Limousine services is a Grade A professional.  I have utilized him on multiple occasions and it has been a top-notch experience every time.  His fleet is clean and well-kept.  Don is completely professional and knew the Valley well.  He was on time, courteous and has a great service mentality.  His rates are completely reasonable and well worth the money.  Highly recommended and I will absolutely use him again.

This company should be renamed Crooked Cook.  Don't book!!!! I don't know if this company is still in business, but someone reminded me of the fiasco that was my wedding transportation recently.  I've decided to try and save someone else the trouble and vent some frustration. I booked with Cook through Groupon for transportation to and from my wedding. I received a call two hours prior that the limo broke down and were unable to transport the wedding party. No substitute limo was provided. We had to rely on friends and relatives to get there. The limo did drive us back from the wedding. The company and I agreed that they would provide a limo service at a later date. I scheduled with the company and planned a wine tasting with out of town relatives. Cook again canceled a day before the wine tasting with again the promise that I would receive a make up service. I again attempted to reschedule. At this point, Crooked Cook stopped returning my phone calls and ignored my multiple inquiries into either services or money owed.  Absolutely unacceptable.

Oh where to begin...The setup:  Booked a limo a with Don a *month* before I needed it for a special getaway with the wife.  Called a week before hand to confirm the reservation and I was assured that the reservation was good and the I would be contacted shortly before my appointment would start.  Received a text (from who I assumed was Don) saying my limo driver was named "Richard" and that he will be contacting me shortly before my pickup time.So far so good right? The event:  - About 3 minutes our pick-up time, I get a text from saying that he got "turned around" and will be about 10 minutes late- *Fifteen* minutes later, I get a call from him saying he was lost and ask if I knew the area.  Now starts that very bad feeling in my stomach... How, in this day and age, does anyone get lost with all the smartphones, GPS, etc?  Turns out that he was given the wrong address (even though I emailed Don both the name of the place we were staying and its correct address)- Ten minutes later (and now 20 minutes late for our pickup) Richard arrives.  He starts the experience off by saying that since he got lost he didn't have a chance to pickup bottle water for us and that his phone was not working right (?!)  At this point it's too late to find alternative transportation, so we pile in and head off to our first destination... in the wrong direct- Another 10 minutes of being lost, I was seething!  Richard knows how to work a smart phone about as well as my 87 year old father.  My wife, being the awesome lady that she is, cheerfully pulls out her phone and then proceeds to GIVE HIM TURN BY TURN INSTRUCTIONS to our destination, Frog's Leap winery.  On the trip over Richard tells us he hopes this is one of the "lucky" wineries where they give limo drivers free wine.- We arrive a fully 30 minutes late for our wine tasting reservation.  Luckily the folks at Frog's Leap winery are also awesome and they let us slide.  After a terrific experience there, we pile back into the limo, where Richard notifies us that he won $500 at some online lottery thing he was playing on his phone.  When I asked if he looked up our next destination (like I asked him to) his response wasahhhhhh.... let me see here...(here we go again)- Wife to the rescue, she guides Richard to the restaurant like a seeing eye dog.  - After dinner we find him in parking lot across the street and hop into the limo.  Now, I'm not up on our drug paraphernalia, but there was either a bong or a crack pipe on the console next to the driver's seat.  My wife then proceed to up her game from just giving him the directions, but actively coaching him on HOW TO DRIVE as if he was our eight year oldThe wrap up:  Get an email from Don.  Apparently he outsources his clients when he gets too "busy"  The invoice I finally receive is from LandYachtLimo.com.  When I asked how he was going to fix this situation, he offered me 4 free hours.... on my *next* trip to wine country.  If he thinks I'd trust him with 4 hours of my next vacation, then one of us is crazyEDIT:  Almost forgot: when were driving over to the restaurant Richard notifies us that he was a truck driver for many years, but he thought his boss was crazy if he thinks he is punishing him for wrecking the stretch Escallade limo by driving the towncar.
