Amazing company that genuinely wants to do the right thing for employees and customer. Hard-working, enjoyable and generous culture with tons of upward mobility and encouragement to grow and learn. Unique industry in which you get to learn THREE industries (healthcare, real estate & hospitality) in one all while doing truly rewarding work for a customer demographic that genuinely appreciates it because you are literally adding to their quality of life (feel-good & rare opportunity to get from work - most people search for it their whole lives). The CEO (Michael Grust) is an incredible visionary who leads with both tremendous intelligence and heart -- he surrounds himself with a leadership team who are some of the most genuinely caring and kind people I've ever had the pleasure of working with... their collective mentality & inspiring example trickles from the top down and infiltrates all areas of the organization at every community -- doesn't get better than SRG!
