Just terrible.
After all the years of using different financial institutions I should know better than to expect good customer service here.
My credit union is night and day better than this.

I have been with Bank of America for the past 37 years and had the worst customer service and witnessed the most incompetent staff including teller and supervisor at this branch.

they don't answer the phone,  not sure this branch is even open.  getting customer service or an appointment via phone or online doesn't work either.  I plan on moving my accounts to a credit union.  This is infuriating.

Dealing with Bank of America is the worst experience! Always waiting, transferring, long lines, nobody knows anything or seems to care. Rosie Montero who is supposed to assist never replies to calls or emails. Im definitely closing accounts with Bank of America
